S3 Analytics: U.S. Healthcare Stocks With Changes in Short Interest Prior to Earnings

With earnings season ramping up there have been large moves in the short interest of healthcare stocks. Total short interest in the U.S. Healthcare Sector is $95.84 billion which has increased by $1.84 billion over the mast month and $3.05 billion in the last week. The following two charts use data from the S3 Blacklight Screening Tool to show the largest increases and decreases of short interest in the Healthcare Sector over the last week in anticipation of earnings announcements.
